RE (Religious Education) at Fane Street Primary School encourages each child to begin to shape their own attitudes and values and be aware of and respect the different views of others.
RE is taught weekly to all year groups, with a focus on the main requirements of God and the Bible, The Life of Jesus, the Christian Church, and Morality. These themes are also explored through our weekly Thursday assembly, which cover an overview of the Bible every three years.
There are also opportunities to explore other world faiths through various celebrations and assemblies throughout the school year, such as Divali and Eid.
